Course Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund (minus $75 admin fee) You must cancel your registration at least 4 weeks prior to the course to receive a 100% refund on the registration.  Administrative fee of $75 applies to all refunds.  
  • 50% Refund (minus $75 admin fee) – You must cancel your registration at least 2 weeks prior to the course to receive a 50% refund on your registration with exceptions for funerals, serious health conditions or other extenuating circumstances preventing a registrant from attending the course.  Administrative fee of $75 applies to all refunds.
  • No Refund – If you cancel your registration less than 2 weeks prior to the course.
  • Transfers – SoWH allows registrants to transfer course registrations to another same SoWH course that is hosted at a different location/date within the same calendar year. Transfer requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the course.  No transfers are allowed within 2 weeks of the course start date and will be considered a cancellation.
  • $75 Transfer Fee – A transfer fee is applied for any course registration transfers, which must be made 2 weeks prior to the course.    
  • Event Cancellations by SoWH: In the event that SoWH must cancel the scheduled course due to inclement weather, faculty illness or other extenuating circumstances, SoWH will refund all course registration fees in full.
