Greetings from the SoWH Student Special Interest Group (SSIG)! 

WHO WE ARE?
It is our goal to educate physical therapy and physical  therapy assistant students about women's health physical  therapy as well as advocate involvement in the SoWH.  

 Our leadership team consists of an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors are responsible for collecting relevant information about their respective regions, networking, and being the advocate for their region.  We are currently recruiting for vacant positions in the Southeast, Northeast, and Northwest regions.

WHAT WE DO?
The SSIG is scheduled to meet twice a year at APTA national meetings.  This year we will be meeting at Student Conclave in Miami, Fl and next year at CSM 2010.   We are currently in the process of creating an informational brochure and establishing presence stronger web presence.  We hope to soon have an online discussion board to review literature and help students get connected.
